Early Fall Comfort Food
Every year there's a point when dinner starts to feel different.
The tomatoes are still hanging on, but the evenings are a little cooler. Suddenly, a cozy bowl of pasta sounds more appealing than another salad, and the recipes I'm craving start to shift right along with the season.
These are a few of the recipes I'm reaching for right now as we ease into fall.

Cheesy Cauliflower Gnocchi
Comforting, cheesy, and perfect for a cozy night at home. This recipe feels indulgent while still being packed with vegetables.

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Rich, silky, and full of flavor. It's a great sauce to keep in your back pocket for pasta, grain bowls, and easy weeknight dinners.

Bruschetta Pasta
One last celebration of tomato season before it disappears. Fresh tomatoes, basil, and pasta come together in a recipe that's simple and incredibly satisfying.

Walnut Pesto
A little heartier than traditional basil pesto, with a rich, nutty flavor that's perfect for this time of year. Toss it with pasta, spread it on sandwiches, or use it as a sauce for roasted vegetables.

Garlic Infused Olive Oil
One of my favorite kitchen staples for adding flavor to almost anything. Drizzle it over pasta, vegetables, pizza, or crusty bread for an easy upgrade.

I love this in-between season.
The ingredients are still fresh and vibrant, but the meals start to feel a little more comforting. It's the best of both worlds.
If you're feeling the shift into fall too, I'd love to know what you're cooking right now!
Happy Cooking!
